Historical restaurant which was given a new lease of life five years ago. Franco Perfumo, known as "Cikito", put the old cooperative oven back to work that bakes bread, pizza, farinata, and focaccia made with organic flour, as well as typical local dishes. Here, once again, you can taste the best Olivier salad and tongue with bagnet vert in the world (and we are not exaggerating, word of the author of this guide, who is from Abazia di Masio). The bread is homemade, in a wood burning oven, the flours are of Mulino Marino and the wines are chosen wisely. Do not miss out on the subrich, agnolotti with meat sauce, chickpeas with pork ribs. Cikito will tempt you with the puff pastry with lard, before the thin-based pizza alla Popolo with Gorgonzola and speck and other variations made on the moment.
