A restaurant that serves quality surf and turf dishes, which can be traditional but also sophisticated and original. The atmosphere is very romantic, the dining rooms have been attentively renovated to maintain intact the characteristics of the place that dates back to the 17th century; all this allows to be in a cosy ambience and feel at home. The attention to detail gives a great level of professionalism. The wine list is the same, a lovely proposal to suit all palates, with meritorious attention to local products. The ingredients of this area are extraordinary and range from peaches to cherries, from cheeses to potatoes.
The search for the product and the desire to create something unique for the area, leads to the search for high quality meat and fish; beginning with the starters (14), with cured meats (local product), to the Santo Spirito octopus. The first course (€12) includes risotto Carnaroli with seasonal vegetables or saffron, the Casalnoceto-style agnolotti and fresh pasta Tagliolini, rigorously produced by the Chef with scampi. Amazing. The main course (€15) offers both meat and fish: fillet with baked potatoes (excellent), the Turbot and Sea bream arrive every day. To finish, the desserts (€6), with homemade ice cream, the dark chocolate tartlet and a selection of Strawberries and Wild Berries.
