All the dishes served at Osteria La Farinata are inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, especially by that handed down through the generations, of the area of Piedmont and Liguria. We serve dishes such as tripe and polenta, local cured meats, cold cuts and cheese. Our recipes share the feature of being prepared using only genuine ingredients, primarily of local and regional production, to give our dishes a special flavour.
