Wine is a means to reach the homes, tables and hearts of people, a way to transmit our philosophy. We do so thanks to the autochthonous varieties such as Timorasso, Dolcetto, Barbera, Croatina, Cortese and Favorita. In 2009, we stopped adding unnecessary substances, though allowed by organic certification, and we do not use invasive techniques such as sterile filtration, clarification or selected yeasts. Furthermore, we are committed to avoiding energy waste through the use of natural sources such as photovoltaic power to operate cellar machinery; after decanting in vats, the wash water is reused to water the vegetable garden and treat the vineyards.

Our warehouse is a green building constructed using excavated raw earth and the hay of our fields: the natural insulation offered by these materials maintains optimal temperatures to preserve the wines without resorting to the use of energy-intensive air conditioners.
