The village presents itself with the delightful clustered houses on the hill. In a dominant position we find the Church of San Germano (construction, in brick and local stone, began in 1761). A short distance away, immersed in the green of the hills and vineyards is Moleto, a village formed by a single central road which ends at the Romanesque church of San Michele, built in blocks of stone with gabled facade. The Saracen Grottoes continue to arouse a fascination with people’s imagination: legend has it that these areas hid the treasures of the Saracens, never found.
Together with another eight municipalities of the area, Olivola falls within the core zone of the UNESCO site "Monferrato of the Infernots".
