WINE COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE & REGIONAL WINE SHOPS

A fascinating journey to discover the most representative local wines with the collaboration of the Regional Wine shops of the province of Alessandria. Thanks to the creativity of the bartender Luigi Barberis, the wines become protagonists of 5 unique cocktails, a modern story for a welcoming and amazing province. The journey continues slowly, cradled by the up and down of the hills where vine-growing creates and shapes the landscape, and is the trusting guardian of culture and traditions. The stage ends in one of the Regional Wine shops, go-to point to become acquainted with the wines of the province and a place in which to promote and enhance outstanding food and wine.

Arrive to Alessandria in the morning and meet with the bartender for the wine cocktail experience.
Watch the mixology, so meticulous and exact that it borders on alchemy while the bartender will reveal the secrets of each ingredient.
Finally, you will taste your wine-based cocktails accompanying them with finger foods made with local produce.
What is your favorite ingredient/wine? Timorasso, Brachetto, Grignolino, Cortese or Dolcetto?

Followed by lunch at leisure and walk through the historic centre (possibility to visit the Borsalino Museum, Art rooms, Ethnographic Museum, Palatium Vetus or the ACDB Museum).
Depart for the itinerary of your choice along the scenic roads of the Alessandria hills, between castles villages and infernots Unesco heritage sites, stopping off at the lookout points to view the territory or search for the coloured big benches for amazing souvenir photos.
