The Borbera Valley is a valley of extraordinary beauty and “purity”; a theatre of important historical events, it preserves an authenticity to discover. Choose your favourite experience from those proposed and create your journey.

day 1
Arrive in the Station of Serravalle Scrivia with bikes in tow (possibility to rent
e-bikes)
Short transfer and arrive in Stazzano in charming Agriturismo B&B immersed in nature between century-old trees and an English-style garden.
Depending on the season you can participate in gardening and cooking courses and discover how to make rose syrup, already used by the ancient Romans in their recipes and product of the basket of Archeosapori of the Lands of Libarna.
Dinner and overnight accommodation

day 2
After breakfast, the day begins in Libarna with visit to the archaeological area of the Roman city built in 148 BC along the Via Postumia which connected Aquileia with Genoa. You will discover the history of the city together with the story of the ancient flavours and production/trading of wine arriving to the present day with the Archeosapori, those foods and products which adapted and transformed over the centuries are still present on our tables.
Continue with visit to the Museum of Libarna which is home to the archaeological finds discovered in the site and bears witness to the daily life of the Roman city.
After the visit, start pedalling towards the Borbera Valley. Stop for visit and tasting in a well-known winery which is famous for producing Timorasso Terre di
Libarna DOC.
Depart, following the route of the River Borbera to the gorges and then continue to Cabella Ligure.
Dinner at leisure and overnight accommodation in B&B.
