Pasquale Vigo, true Genoese, sets off from the sea every morning to come to the historic shop in Alessandria where he sells freshly caught fish, attentively selected, originating off the coasts of Savona, Imperia, Sanremo, Camogli, Santa Margherita, Viareggio, Livorno. Generations of enthusiasts have stopped for delicacies such as scampi, king prawns, swordfish of Oneglia, tuna, non-farmed sea bass, as well as the many varieties of oily fish that are almost impossible to find elsewhere.
