Il Bistrot is a small characteristic restaurant managed by Cristina and Ermanno. Our desire to stay with friends and cook for them on feast days got us thinking. Therefore, we decided to create a small place bigger than our home, where we could cook and welcome both friends and strangers and they could feel a friendly and familiar atmosphere. We serve typical Piedmontese food which is simple yet filling and of excellent quality since we have decided not to have an la carte menu. Instead, we offer a different set-price menu every day.
Our motto is "Countryside flavours in the city".
We propose themed evenings every month that vary depending on the season and request.
Another important thing to note is that every day, our dishes are served with freshly baked focaccia and our bread kneaded by hand the evening before and baked the following day.
