Refined and cosy restaurant in the city centre, which serves local and seasonal cuisine. We start with a flan with Parmesan leaves and asparagus cream, tagliolini with Barolo meat sauce, potato gnocchi with santoreggia pesto. The second course dishes are thinly sliced Piedmontese beef with balsamic vinegar of Modena and salmon fillet flavoured with wild herbs and steamed potatoes. To finish, chocolate cremino and caramelised apples.
