Cà Mimia is a charming agritourism situated in the heart of Southern Monferrato. The farm is an 18th century building that has been renovated with the intent of respecting the original architectural characteristics and the balance with the surrounding environment. It is surrounded by vineyards that are cultivated by hand following organic farming methods, without herbicides or pesticides. The cellar below the house is dug in tuff and characterised by brick vaults. The wine is produced naturally and it has been certified organic since the 2017 harvest. The specific qualities of the vines (Dolcetto, Barbera, Merlot, Slarina, Albarossa and Riesling Renanno) combined with the territory of production are fully expressed in the organoleptic characteristics of the single wines.
