For several years, the Ricagni family has been carrying on something very beautiful here: an oasis, among the meadows and cherry trees, which began life as a farming company and has also become an agriturismo offering accommodation (four guest rooms: alloro, rosmarino, timo and salvia) and dining rooms, on the ground floor and upper floor. Laura in the kitchen and Alessandro in the dining room work hard to prepare one of those well-made lunches. The bread is homemade, with focaccine that tempt you to drink their Sauvignon wines. The starters are a taste of friciulin typical of these towns, then a borage flan and an excellent beef tartare. Good, well-made potato gnocchi with sausage and Cortese sauce. Other times you can taste the agnolotti. The second course is a veal roast to accompany their Grignolino and Freisa. Finish with the classic bonet (well-made) and other homemade desserts.
