Recommended destination for trekking lovers or for those who wish to spend a day relaxing in the unspoilt woods of Val Borbera. The landscape is mountainous (1500 m asl) along the ancient Salt route, exactly at the intersection point of the provinces of Alessandria, Pavia, Genoa and Piacenza. These territorial influences are expressed in the food: potato ravioli with braised meat, potato dumplings with pesto, "pisarei e fasò"; the dishes made with local ingredients are highly recommended: fagiolane of Val Borbera, quarantine potatoes and Montebore cheese, fruits of the forest.
The hotel is equipped with comforts (including a spa route) and close to ski resorts.
