This is a crossroads restaurant, Ar dou veje, namely at the two roads, not only in the influences on the cuisine, but placed directly at the entrance to two directions: one, which heads towards the Ligurian Apennines, the other, which extends along the Piedmont lowland. Vilma and Marco welcome you in a friendly and informal setting where you can taste local foods with a twist of novelty. All the pasta, including the filled kind, is homemade, just like the pizza, Genoese-style focaccia, cheese focaccia, farinata (chickpea flatbread), desserts and bread. We start with the fried anchovies; agnolotti; gnocchi of seirass cheese with tomato concasse; stockfish stew. Finale with tarts, tiramisu’ with Dolcetto, and grappa of the ancient distilleries of Silvano. Wine served: primarily local, with a few national labels. Large car park.
