A tour of the gently rolling hills which were once sea, millions of years ago. The land of Aleramo and the Marquisate among castles and unique villages, wine land as proud as the inhabitants and where the undisputed king of food and wine is his majesty the truffle.

day 1
Arrive to Casale Monferrato and guided tour of the town, from the synagogue built in 1595 to the centre among the small traditional shops dominated by the 11th century civic tower. A visit to the Civic Museum with art gallery and plaster cast gallery is highly recommended. Dinner in historical locanda of the town to taste the delicious local cuisine. Overnight in an outstanding wine estate.

day 2
Traditional breakfast, and transfer available to Vignale Monferrato for the truffle "hunt".
Transfer available to Rosignano, wine tasting in winery. In the afternoon, stroll in Cella Monte, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy where it is possible to find shells imprisoned in the walls and 'Infernots' which are underground rooms dug by hand under the houses.

day 3
After breakfast, transfer available to Altavilla Monferrato for a recommended guided tour of a historical distillery. Possibility to take part in a sensory tasting session with grappa and spirits.
