The villa is in the highest part of the old town, dominating the historic piazza d’Armi, dating back to the 18th century, and has an airy façade with three orders of superimposed loggias; of special note is the decorated Chinese room, a reflection of the refined taste of the period and of the clients.
One of the family members, Carlo Vidua, in particular, at the end of the 18th century and early 19th century undertook a series of trips around the world (these earned him the nickname of "Conte viaggiatore" the travelling Count), during which he gathered news and objects connected with the customs and habits of different populations (part of his collection is on show at the Civic Museum of Casale Monferrato).

18th century patrician villa, characterised by having the south elevation, facing the small courtyard, completed porticoed, giving an unusual lightness to the complex. Note the beautiful position of the garden raised in relation to the entrance courtyard. The complex, currently restored and property of the Municipality, is home to cultural events and initiatives.

Inside there are elegant rooms decorated as it was in use in the 18th century, including the refined Chinese room. It is believed that the decorations are the work of Antonio Ivaldi, known as Il Muto.

Visit: during the main events organised by the Municipality and during cultural exhibitions and initiatives frequently hosted by the villa.
