The Country House is scenically located 400 m a.s.l. between Serravalle Scrivia (exit of the A7 Milano-Genoa motorway) and Gavi (km 3), surrounded by vineyards where the best Gavi d.o.c.g. is produced. At the motorway exit take the roundabout and head towards the center of Serravalle, the road for Monterotondo is immediately to
your right.
Surroundings: the Mc Arthur Glen "OUTLET" (km 2.5), the remains of the ancient Roman town of Libarna, the Fort of Gavi, the Museo dei Campionissimi Cycling Museum in Novi Ligure (the chocolate town) and the possibility to horse-ride and play golf (18 hole golf course). Dating back to the late 1800s, it comprises 3 rustic buildings and a manor house surrounded by lands planted with vineyards of high quality grapes that produce the famous "Gavi di Gavi" wine. At the centre of a peaceful century-old park, it offers lots of green areas ideal for walks, relaxation and enjoying the full benefit of a rural setting populated by free-roaming peacocks. Some of the cozy apartments and bedrooms overlook the valley.
