The wealth of generations of winegrowers. Tre Secoli means people, almost 500 daily stories that intertwine in the gently rolling hills of Monferrato. Generations of wine growers have worked these lands; whole families have dedicated themselves since 1887 to this great mission, a project that has become a solid winemaking reality. The winery of Ricaldone is located on the side of the hill. Its scenic terraces overlook the landscape of vineyards now recognised as UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Moscato and the other white grapes are worked in the modern cellars using the best technologies available today. The quality of the wine is made in the vineyard; for us, this motto is synonymous with pride; all our members are assisted daily by our agronomists and the work in the countryside follows the ancestral rhythms of nature, the phytosanitary regime is strictly controlled to ensure a healthy and genuine product. The treatments are carried out only if necessary and always with parameters and equipment that is certified to avoid harmful waste. High quality standards are maintained in the winery, all the processes are followed by the Wine experts using the best technologies to offer an impeccable product. All the grapes that are worked in our cellars are the sole property of our members: on delivery, they are analysed for their quality and their journey in the cellar is decided. Each single batch is analysed, each single grape has a precise oenological destination. Strictly following the rules on health control the grapes are pressed or pressed-destemmed and left to ferment in stainless steel, or in vitrified concrete vats. Only the better wines will be aged in oak barrels.
