Trattoria Tre Merli is located in the centre of the small village of Due Sture, a few kilometres from Morano sul Po, a village lost in the silence of the rice-fields, in the rural countryside of the Casale plain. The Trattoria opened as inn of the town in 1881 and has always been the place to go for eating frogs and the traditional panissa (rice, beans and salami). The food is traditional, typical of the plain, just as the grandmothers had made it in the past. The menu serves seasonal dishes and can change from week to week, always giving diners the chance to taste something different.
