Spanning a history of almost thirty years, two brothers, Davide, the chef, and Gianluca, the sommelier, have opened the Sarroc trattoria. Rrenovated a short time ago, it enjoys a panoramic view of the Monferrato hills. Delightful and elegant ambience, with an eye to the local gastronomic tradition.
