Our age-old trattoria, small in size but with a great tradition, is located in the pedestrian area of the city, just a few steps from the centrally located piazza Italia and the famous ‘Bollente’ fountain. We have been serving local genuine cuisine based on recipes that have remained intact for three generations. Our farinata (chickpea flatbread) is also prepared following grandad Ferruccio’s recipe, and then cooked in a characteristic wood-burning oven. The food is accompanied by local wines, selected to make the most of our culinary traditions. This is the ideal place to enjoy the traditional cuisine of Acqui. Closed on Mondays.
