Our passion for good and genuine cuisine has given way to Timo e Rosmarino, a small restaurant in Alessandria, connected with the cuisine and wines of the area. We take particular care in selecting quality and seasonal raw materials. There are only Piedmont wines on the wine list and a Menu composed of three dishes per course, to always ensure the freshness of our products.
