Fifteen vineyards extend over six Municipalities of the DOCG zone, with different soils, alternating between white and calcareous and red and clayey. The different location of the vineyards allows to limit the consequences of the climatic adversities and ensure high quality wines every year. These differences have been enhanced over four decades to achieve different qualities of Cortese grapes, carefully vinified in the modern wine cellar.
