In the vast area between Cassano Spinola and Gavazzana, the Estate has always been committed to safeguarding the environmental heritage with non-invasive agriculture that respects the forest. The production of excellent honey began precisely from these plants, spread over an area of 40 hectares. There is acacia honey, with a straw yellow colour and very delicate, chestnut honey, amber coloured and aromatic, millefiori, amber coloured and rich in floral and fruity notes, and finally honeydew, a dark amber colour with a characteristic scent of cooked fruit.
