The building stands at the entrance to the town of Lemmi.
The gabled facade presents a single partition.
The only door, centrally located, presents a portal with broken gable; above it, a lunette window.
The bell tower is square, rises on the left side of the apse and is fully
plastered.
The emerging part of the shaft is divided into three sections. The upper portion is home to the bell chamber with single-lancet window, topped by an octagonal tholobate which supports the copper onion dome.
Single nave with presbytery featuring semi-circular apse.
