The building stands in the town of Daglio. The gabled facade, facing roughly West, presents a plinth on which the pilasters are set with Corinthian capitals that divide the facade into three parts. In the center partition is the portal, topped by a square window. A tympanum crowns the facade. The bell tower is square and placed in the apsidal area, and fully plastered. The shaft, divided into three sections, is bordered by cornices and edged by pilaster strips, presents a bell chamber with single lancet window, topped by octagonal tholobate covered by a sleek onion dome covered in copper, Single-nave plan with presbytery with polygonal apse; the paramenti are sfondati by lateral altars. Barrel-vaulted nave roof.
