Gavi del Comune di Tassarolo - Monferrato Rosso “Rosso di Bosco” (merlot, nebbiolo) – Nibiò Poised on the gentle hills of Gavi, the family-run Rugrà wine company, covers 5 hectares 2 of these are planted with vineyards and is managed directly by the owner Zucchi. Set up in 1997, after years of wine production and beekeeping activities at amateur level, always a strong supporter of organic farming, she has never stopped applying its principles in the vineyard and in the cellar. The cellar merges tradition and technology: gentle pressing of the grapes and steel vats at a controlled temperature where the must is skilfully accompanied during fermentation and up to aging in oak casks.
