The Exhibition gathers vast photographic and documental material of varying nature and periods, important collections of military and association "Crests", photographs related to the Volo su Vienna (Flight Over Vienna), photographs of military pilots from Casale and Monferrato of the First and Second World War, display of scale models of sailing and motor vessels, and submarines to the end of the Second World War, post-war ships out of service, models of military aircrafts, military parachutes, rich documentation on the history of the Infantry and, in particular, on the 11th Infantry of Casale with plastic models of the Bixio and Mazza barracks, documentation on the Arma dei Carabinieri with focus on the history of the town and Monferrato, mannequins in uniform and reproductions of military characters related to the Town and an ancient stereoscope to view vintage photographs.


OPEN TO VISITORS ON CASALE CITTA' APERTA

The Military Exhibition is usually open to visitors on Casale Citta' Aperta, the second Sunday of the month from 10.00 - 12.30. Opening times may vary.
