This pastry shop is another cornerstone of the De.Co. of Alessandria patisserie, radiant face of Papillon and best pastries at Golosaria 2007. It is a cafe-laboratory that has been in business for more than 190 years and seen seven generations succeed each other. The must-haves include the bigné, the Tartufata with chantilly cream and the savoury cannoli filled with ham, tuna, ricotta cheese and spinach mousse; try also the Guinea cake with sponge, cream, dark chocolate flakes, melting dark chocolate. The mignon cannoncini are unique, available in 14 different varieties including Barbera and Chantilly cream and the last creation: the pistachio.
