The shop windows are the calling card: not infrequently, you can admire a waterfall of amaretti, wrapped by hand in colourful paper. The red wrapping distinguishes the classic ones made with almonds, sugar and egg white, the blue wrapping the amaretti with cocoa and the brown wrapping those with coffee. Excellent the Noisette amaretto, with almonds and hazelnuts, and the Delizia, similar to a bacio di dama.
