Andrea Prigione took over the reins of a historical name of the Alexandrian bakers, leaning towards chocolate. Excellent chocolate liqueurs, chocolate covered fruits, chocolate creams, traditional pralines and chocolate kisses. The traditional pastry is remarkable: sweet polenta, Bavarian cream and chocolate and festivity desserts.
