Do not leave this pastry shop without the highly sought after amaretti with seven types of fillings: gianduia, coffee with milk chocolate, chocolate and fruit. All Mauro Allemanni’s pastries are delicious: from the grappa flavoured chocolates to the cake with Igp hazelnuts from Lu Monferrato without flour and butter. The specialities are Torta del Pozzo (made with Piedmont hazelnuts and gianduia, stuffed with hazelnut cremino) and the Nerissimo, soft bacio with Piedmont hazelnuts, stuffed with a 75% extra dark chocolate cru.
