Panificio Repetto offers its own version of amaretti biscuits, with a soft interior and crunchy crust, in addition to the fragrant shortcrust Gobeletti biscuits from Liguria and delicious tarts. The soft amaretti of Panificio Carrosio Luca have a wider and thinner shape, according to their own secret interpretation. You can find them, produced as always in the old bakery of Voltaggio, with pandolce, canestrelli, panbiscotto, baci di dama and fragrant bread made with natural yeast.
