Built by a noble Genoese family in the 17th century, it was purchased between the two wars by the jeweler Alfonso Terzano. The garden is bordered by an old fence made of wrought iron. The structure is completed by a dense network of cellars connected to each other.

The Palazzo has joined the project "Dimore Amiche del Piemonte" of ADSI (refer to the link provided and to the booklet attached).
