Seat of the A. Vivaldi Music Academy.
Built starting from the late 17th century on the foundations of a preceding palazzo belonging to the family, it is attributed to the master builders Ambrogio and Bernardo Bianchi. In 1812, it passed to the Genoese nobleman Marcello Durazzo, who enlarged it: since 1852, it has been the property of the Municipality of Alessandria. Since 23 May 2004, it has been home to "I Percorsi del Museo Civico".

Opening: Saturday and Sunday 15.00-19.00. 8 December closed.
From 17 December: opening Thursday-Sunday 15.00-19.00. Christmas holiday period: 24 and 26 December regular opening, 25 December closed, 31 December regular opening, 1 January extraordinary opening, 6 January regular opening.
