The Palazzo, dating from the 15th-16th century, was home to the Marquise Anna d’Alençon.
From this same period is the remarkable Renaissance courtyard, surrounded by circular brick columns with cubiform capitals, an arcade with pointed arches and a coffered ceiling; inside, the large rooms are decorated with coats of arms and painted tablets representing the characters of the Paleologa family. At the end of the 17th century, it belonged to the Fassati of Balzola, and their coat of arms appears on the barrel-vaulted ceiling in the entrance hall.
