The heart of the activity is the small shop in the historic centre of Acqui Terme, meeting point for people passionate about taste, where the intense aroma of mushrooms envelops the visitor whose gaze is lost among the culinary treasures of a generous land. Oliveri has always meant the best Mushrooms of Piedmont, the truffles - oils and creams, the vegetables of our land: peppers with anchovies, tuna, cheese, grilled peppers and aubergines, cured meats: filetto baciato, game, the DOP cheeses – Robiola di Roccaverano, Castelmagno and Montebore; the chutneys for the cheeses – chutneys made with grapes, peppers, pears… and many more specialties..
