In 2014, the project of young winegrower Andrea Tacchella, eager to promote and revive his territory by planting 4 hectares of Timorasso, came to life in a small village in the High Borbera Valley called Sisola. The altitude of the vineyards is a peculiarity: they are all located at over 500 m. The antique wheat "gentil rosso" and "ottofile" corn flours, together with "quarantine" beans complete the range of typical products offered by the company, all rigorously organic.
