Mirepuà - Food Lab is in the medieval village of Cremolino, on the hills of Southern Monferrato.
Managed by the chef Federico Ferrari, with his business partner Gaia Fassone maître d', the restaurant serves territorial and contemporary cuisine which enhances the local ingredients, result of meticulous research.
