Located in the heart of the historic centre of Ovada, inside an apartment of 50 m² with vaulted ceilings and completely renovated, respecting the taste and tradition of the historic building. La Forestiera del Passeggere enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and is equipped with all the comforts of modern life, merging age-old charm with the new housing needs of today. The entire environment, from the furnishing to the choice of materials of everyday use, has been designed according to a standard of elegance and convenience which make it unique in its kind.

The apartment can accommodate two people in a double bedroom which can also be arranged with two single beds, plus a third guest who can be comfortably accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with shower cubicle with hydromassage and speakers for music which guarantee total relaxation, a toilet and bidet, large mirror with washbasin and mixer tap, and a heated towel rail. All personal hygiene products are provided free of charge.

The living room/dining room is characterised by a lovely and practical kitchen in masonry equipped with all the accessories: sink, dishwasher, induction hob with activated carbon hood, large worktop with mini-oven, kettle and the machine for the espresso coffee which is always offered by the owner of the house, while the large fridge is also equipped with freezer. There is also a dining table and a sideboard which contains everything you need to prepare and enjoy the food.

La Foresteria del Passeggere is equipped with several modern and essential
amenities such as
dedicated Wi-Fi Internet connection, satellite smart TV with satellite dish
to receive
all channels, independent heating, and also provides its guests with everything they need free of charge
for a complete and happy stay: from the bathroom linen and toiletries (towels, shampoo
and soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, etc.), to the bedding (sheets, blankets, household linen), from the
necessary kitchen tools (dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, etc.) to tools
for everyday use
such as house cleaning products, detergents, shoe polishing and sewing kit, shopping cart,
and more. Several long-life foods such as oil, salt, etc. are also included for a
quick and
comfortable use of the kitchen. Coffee is always available and
offered by the
owner of the house!
As regards security there is a fire extinguisher and a safety deposit box,
while for
small pets (on request and always free of charge), bowls, carriers, litter
trays, etc.
are provided and a left luggage service is also available.
