Large numbers at La Cave: more than 600 labels, 120 spirits and 35 sparkling wines and Champagne. Important figures, but also constant attention to the territory, such as the best Gavi and other typical products, namely cured meat (the Gavi salami is superb) and cheese. An interesting selection of foie gras, bottled delicacies, honey, chocolates, oils, vinegars, mullet roe. And at aperitif time, of course, a glass of good Gavi.
