On the top of a hill in the heart of Monferrato, known for being a “cru” above all for the production of Grignolino, our five hectares of grignolino, barbera and nebbiolo vineyards that are almost half a century old can be seen from afar. We are four thirty-year-olds driven by a strong passion for nature and wine who decided to embark on this fantastic reality in 2008. We are totally against pesticides, chemical fertilisers and herbicides. We search for the quality and health of our grapes through organic and biodynamic practices and the authenticity of our wines through a measured use of wood and sulphites, use of indigenous yeast, no clarification and very limited filtration.
