The agriturismo opened thanks to the passion of four "city guys” who have chosen the countryside to produce organic wines and dedicate themselves to hospitality in a panoramic, eco-compatible and cosy environment. Immersed in the countryside in the last town of the province of Alessandria, bordering Moncalvo, there is more than one reason to this place. The young, passionate and kind management will pair with a well-made territorial cuisine, accompanied by their organic wines, some of which are also aged in amphora. The rooms also reflect this gentle hand which knows how to serve interesting dishes, with the stone wall dining rooms and the panoramic terrace where you can dine in summer, the park to relax and a couple of beautiful guest rooms. To recommend to friends, who will be able to relax and enjoy the Russian salad, salami with focaccine, rabbit tuna in salad. For the first courses, you will find different risottos and ravioli depending on the season and pansoti with walnut sauce. The braised meat with mashed potatoes will be excellent, before reaching the panna cotta with Barbera reduction to close.
