A beautiful stone house, a view of Monferrato, and the surrounding vineyards and woods and four young smiley people who have been carrying on a successful project for the past few years. We are in the last town of the province of Alessandria bordering with Moncalvo, where Luigi and Eleonora in the wine cellar and dining room and Elisa and Andrea in the kitchen carry on what is a beautiful dream. Like the panoramic terrace where you can sip an aperitif or dine in summer, the guest rooms, the natural park for a stroll.


Enter the elegant and cosy dining room or visit the winery that immediately excited the experts, between Barbera and Grignolino (of the Leone brand, to be clear!) produced remaining faithful to organic methods.

You will be greeted with fried focaccine that accompany cured meats and cheeses, but also the rabbit tuna in salad that has been a success since the beginning alongside the Jewish artichoke flan with bagncaoda or courgettes and goat cheese. Of other visits, the deep-fried flowers and mint mousse. For the first courses, expect the pansoti with walnut sauce or taglierini in Barbera with toma cheese fondue. The second courses include the beef braised in Nebbiolo with cinnamon flavoured puree or roast beef with herbs and carpaccio of courgettes and cherry tomatoes. Sometimes there is the slow-cooked donkey stew with crispy polenta. Finish with their panna cotta with Barbera reduction. The set menu has three starters, two first courses, one second course with side order and a dessert all for just €25
