The village is home to rare enchanting churches, including the parish church of San Giacomo (where there are three works by Guglielmo Caccia known as "Il Moncalvo") and the Church of San Francesco which stands in the highest point of the village (it offers tourists an enchanting view) and was used as extreme shelter for the population during the war. Furthermore, walking around the village we can also see what remains of what was once the ancient castle of the local lords. Finally, if we leave the village behind us in the direction of Ottiglio following provincial road 37 close to the Church of San Grato we find the Big Bench of Sala Monferrato, situated in a panoramic position. Together with other eight municipalities of the area of Sala Monferrato it falls within the UNESCO site of "Monferrato of the Infernots".
