Morano sul Po has a very ancient origin, certified by the presence of human beings since the Bronze Age, as some excavations have shown. It is home to important churches, the Casa degli Archi (late Medieval) and the Grangia of Pobietto, inserted into Protected Areas of the Po Piemonte, arisen at the end of the 17th century and which depended on the Abbey of Lucedio.
