The country church dedicated to San Rocco dates to the 16th century when it was built over an existing building similar to the current one. Originally it was part of a leper hospital intentionally placed outside the town of Felizzano. The building has three naves, the central one is covered by a wide barrel vault, while the two lateral naves support rib and cross vaults.
