Permanent research and documentation centre on Doc, civilisation and the culture of wine, on the material and immaterial heritage of the territory, on the landscape of Monferrato UNESCO Heritage.

In 2022, the archive and bibliographic complex of the "Casale Monferrato Capitale della Doc" Committee obtained recognition of historical interest. The documentary and book sources held by the Committee are considered "cultural heritage".
