Inaugurated in 2003, this premises is the result of the redevelopment of an industrial area, specifically of the "former Tartarici" factory of Alessandria, in the "Orti" district. What was once an industrial building has become a conference room with a seating capacity of 197, equipped for conferences and congresses. The facility is characterised by large windows that brighten the entrance and the open space which faces from the mezzanine, ideal for catering, sponsors, shows and exhibitions. Two multifunctional rooms with a seating capacity of 50 each and various rooms are also available.
