The Cavanna farming company extends over the sunny hills of Cremolino, in the heart of Southern Monferrato. Here there are six hectares of estate vineyards, in which Dolcetto, Barbera, Bonarda and Cortese are grown; the alcohol content of these wines can vary from 11 to 14 degrees. The great-grandfather Antonio began making wine in 1950; his sons Eugenio and Marco and subsequently his grandchildren, who shared the passion that fascinated Antonio, continued his work. The dedication of all the family to this activity makes our wine even more unique. All the processes are carried out in full respect of the Piedmont tradition, but with a special regard for modern taste needs. Thanks to this ongoing commitment, we have obtained products of the highest quality and unquestioned authenticity.
